Other Information
- A
3-night
minimum stay is required on holidays, 2-night minimum is required all
other times.
- Holidays
requiring a 3-night stay include: New Year's, Valentine's
Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Cabin
is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted in the outside areas.
- Security
deposit (if applicable) plus half the balance is due when the
reservation is
made.
- The
final half of the balance is due 30 days prior to
check-in.
- If
check-in is less than 30 days away at the time of booking, the full
payment is due when the reservation is made.
- Maximum
occupancy is 4 guests.
- When
making a reservation, you will be emailed a rental agreement that lists
all the policies for the property.
