We loved this property for its location and setting. My brother lives in AZ and was so happy to sit on the screened porch and listen to the breeze in the mature trees. We are originally from Michigan, so it was perfect! |

We had a great time staying at the house. Lots of space and very quite. The basement was nice to relax in and play foosball. The house was located near a lot of place to eat and grocery stores. I would definitely stay again at this house. |

We loved staying at this house! Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was here. There were also instructions posted throughout the building which was very helpful. The screened in porch was wonderful and we sat out there a lot! The only thing I would improve is to maybe use lighter colors on the interior to brighten the place up a bit. That said, super nice place and probably the cleanest short term rental we’ve ever used. Loved it! |

We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Chapel Hill. Super nice location, everything is as pictured. Wonderful screened in porch - we didn't have much time to enjoy the backyard, but certainly would have if we were there longer!! Would definitely consider another stay there! |
