Cindy W. of NC Dec 23-28, 2023	Thank you Michael and Donetta for sharing your little slice of heaven. The cabin was everything we thought it would be. The cabin was simply perfect. We arrived to Christmas decor including a Christmas tree. It was equipped with everything we needed. A romantic getaway with Fireplaces and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. New River was beautiful very low and clear. We have enjoyed our stay here and plan to return in the coming year. We enjoyed all the immenities and relaxed and enjoyed the peace and comfort of the cabin. We made it to Tweetsie Railroad and we at dinner at Bocco Italian Bistro excellent cuisine and spirits also took a ride on the parkway. We had a wonderful time.

Lelia M. of VA Dec 1-3, 2023	We were so impressed with this property. It literally had everything we could possibly want from towels for the hot tub to Bluetooth speakers. They even provided wood for the fire pit, which was a very comfortable space to hang out in. And if you’re a smoker, there are ashtrays all over the place for you to use. We had a sisters weekend and had a blast. Everything we need or wanted was at our fingertips. The communication was excellent and the owners were very nice. We highly recommend staying at this property if you are interested in privacy and comfort.

The river was especially lovely and a nice walk. Although it was a bit cold this trip we had two beautiful days for hiking and gave us a much needed disconnect. Thank you for the hospitality it has been a true joy. Loved our stay at Wil -deer-ness, our pup ran to her hearts delight. Super clean and company for adults as well!!

Located so close to West Jefferson action but still feel like you were in the woods. Hope to return would highly recommend.

We both love the mountains and visiting places. We are spending our day tomorrow downtown in West Jefferson. The decor was precious and made us feel at home. 100% recommend making a meal in foil over the firepit and roasting smores. Thank you so much for lettins us stay here!

Joseph H. of NC Aug 15-19, 2023	We loved our stay at the cabin. We had everything we needed as advertised. It is a short drive to West Jefferson yet secluded and quiet. We loved how, quiet, rustic, clean and comfortable it was. The proximity to West Jefferson, fishing and hiking makes it an ideal get away. Being dog friendly sold us on this property. Our puppy loved playing frisbee in the yard, sleeping in the cool air on the porch and relaxing by the fireplace. We definitely would like to return in the near future.

James L. of NC Aug 3-6, 2023	The Wilderness cabin is a cozy log cabin nestle in the woods. Very cool at cabin for this time of year. The house had beautiful decorations everywhere. Instructions easy to follow for house amenities. Close to West Jefferson, Lansing, Blowing rock and Boone. I would recommend this to all who just want to relax in quite. Cabin was very clean and well kept.

The cabin was very clean, the bed was super comfy (which is one of the most important factors for us), & the shower had great water pressure. There were so many nice touches such as a plethora of DVD movies, games, & speakers for enjoying your favorite music outside. Highly recommend!!

Best house out of fleetwood, todd and lansing after coming up there 3 years in a row. Love the privacy and the time taken for the notebook full of attractions and restaurants. Top notch.

Loved the hot tub and big porch, visited Mt Jefferson State Park for some easy hiking and Grayson Highlands for beautiful views and ponies. Stay for our Honeymoon. A great little cabin, very convenient to town and yet still very quiet and secluded. A wonderful place for a private getaway.

The cabin is perfect and we can't express how grateful we are to be able to have our dogs with us. They enjoyed this trip as much as we did wading in the New River was so relaxing and fun-Plus so many great areas nearby for hiking. This cabin was awesome! We have stayed at many different cabins in the blue ridge mountains, and this one ranks up near the top for sure. Very well set up with instructions for everything, all the amenities you need and nothing you don't. Hot tub worked great, the river access was clean and perfect for wading and our dogs to play in. Has good proximity to town and parks/trails.

The cabin was exactly what we were looking fr. It was very homey and a great place for a getaway. We had some friends a couple of days and it was great. A great cabin for sure! Thank you for letting us stay there. It was so cute, the way y'all had it decorated. We had everything we needed, and then some. Our dog and our friends dog loved the water! We visited Boone and Blowing Rock. Cabin was very clean and quaint. Just what we were looking for. Would stay again. Loved it all. Thanks again!

The cabin had absolutely everything you could ask for and then some. You don't have to worry about forgetting to bring anything because the cabin has it all. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The wrap around porch was nice with tables and chairs. Nice and quite with no neighbors to be worried with. Was a short drive to downtown West Jefferson with lots of stores & places to eat.
